Cancellation fees are 30% of the total charge for cancellations made 3 to 6 days prior to your reservation, 50% for cancellations made 1 to 2 days prior, and 100% of the total charge for cancellations made on the day of your reservation.
The parking violation penalty fee shall be 50,000 yen.
As a general rule, loans are made on a daily basis.

Free cab pick-up service
We will cover the cost of a cab ride from Naha Airport.
Cabs are recommended as there is little waiting time at Naha Airport.
Only for those who stay more than 2 days and 1 night.
Only direct transfer from Naha Airport to our store is allowed.
Our fee is limited to the cost of one cab.
Please be sure to pick up your receipt or contact us prior to arrival.
