(2) About deductible amount
車両補償の補償金額のうち、お客様にご負担していただく金額です。
安心補償、安心補償Wに加入されますと、事故の際にお客様のご負担となる車両補償の免責額20万円の支払いが一部免除されます。
(iii) Non-operating Charge (NOC)

(5) Cases in which insurance/compensation is not applicable
If an accident occurs under the following driving or driving conditions, you will not be covered by any insurance or compensation program.
Drunk driving, driving without a license
Damaged tires, flat tires or missing wheel caps
Failure to report to the police from the scene of an accident (when a police accident certificate cannot be obtained)
Failure to contact the sales office from the scene of the accident (in the case of an accident after business hours, please be sure to contact us the next morning)
Failure to wear a seat belt while driving
If you settle with the other party without permission
When driving on roads other than roadways, such as along beaches, riverbeds, or in forests
